What does it mean to live your life “like a pro?”

Helping you live your life “like a pro,” is part of our marketing here at LifestyleCoach.com. We help people to optimize the way they live so they can achieve even their most ambitious goals while living in balance with vibrant health and peace of mind.

But what does living your life like a pro actually mean?

The phrase ‘like a pro’ is generally used to describe a person who is not fully trained yet, but can still perform to a level equivalent to that of a professional in any field. The word ‘pro’ denotes someone who aces or is an expert in any field.

Whenever you want to learn how to produce the desired result we go to experts to learn how they do it, and often pay large sums of money to do so. But are we really learning how the pro actually produces the result or are we learning just one aspect of how they accomplish or achieve their goals?

We submit, especially when it comes to lifestyle, it’s almost always only part of the actual solution.

When pioneering Performance Lifestyle Coach, John Allen Mollenhauer “JAM” started LifestyleCoach.com, he had and still has, the mission of helping everyone become experts in how to live optimally, so they can live free of lifestyle-induced diseases and learn to achieve their goals with their health and wellbeing intact.

It was his own story of being a worn-down workaholic, desperate to figure out how to achieve his ambitious goals without burning out and trading his health for success despite being proficient in nutrition and fitness, that inspired the founding of Lifestyle Coach.com. But in that process, he had a breakthrough, several actually and too many to mention, but the one that started it all, what this.

When it comes to lifestyle, you want to learn how to live your life like a pro. You don’t just want to be an amateur, you can leave that football or basketball, or writing, or investing, as you can’t be pro in everything. But the one thing you must be a pro in, that you can’t outsource to others is how you live.

To have the energy, health, and performance you need to sustain and succeed in this life, you have to know what experts know and do to get the results you want!
You have to become an export or “a pro,” and live in those ways.

That’s the only way you will steer clear of the lifestyle-induced diseases the distract and hold so many people back from living a full, boldly expressed, and fulfilling life.

But here’s the problem, besides not having a complete solution, too many of us have a vested interest in living the way we do. Whether that’s the addiction to a particular behavior, avoiding the temporary discomfort of change, or the fear of having more responsibility… there are many vested interests, even if they are not in your best interest that can prevent you from changing your lifestyle.

So why do you want to live life like a pro?

It’s so your drive for success, does not destroy your health the way it does for so many people as they cope with stress in ways that create more stress, not more energy, and leads to constant tiredness, or low-grade biological fatigue that prevents them from living their best life.

Turning to a “healthy lifestyle” that has too many standards to count, and is barely making a dent in solving the diseases of lifestyle caused by the way we are living. People are tiring out, burning, and wearing out prematurely because they rarely learn anything about proactive recovery, which is what’s driving the whole live “like a pro” movement. They rarely solve the whole problem they are dealing with it’s keeping them stuck trying to solve a problem they’ve never fully figured out. And most will stay in this process of seeking solutions to what will give them the energy, and health they need to function and perform the way they used to and want to their whole adult life, but few will ever figure it out.

Until, they discover what’s called a healthy “performance lifestyle,” which was a term that emerged in professional athletics, but is now defined for everyday people who may or may not be into sports or even a health or fitness enthusiast for that matter but want to be living their full potential.

And that’s why you want to learn how to live your life like a pro. People who live performance lifestyles are people who want to learn how to optimize the way they live so they can achieve even their most ambitious goals while living in balance with vibrant health and peace of mind.
