In my last INSIGHT Blog on Lifestyle Coach JAM, I delved into why we are first and foremost about helping people unlock their true potential, starting with your bioenergetics.
Your true potential on any given day is the potential energy you have to power your spirit, mind, and body, invest in your family and career, run your business, workout, train for a sport, create, minister, etc.
Before you can live your full potential, let alone unleash or achieve it, you need to know your true potential and learn how to manage it, which is to say, first and foremost, your energy.
People who are healthy and able to achieve at high levels and thrive all manage their energy “like pros,” whether they know it or not, and it’s rarely discussed, not because it doesn’t exist, but because our common paradigms are fluffy and incomplete.
When gurus talk, the focus is usually on personal psychology or some spin on business acumen, which are useful. However, still, you rarely get the complete picture of why a person is successful.
But one thing is for sure, everyone who rises high and stays healthy, whether they know it or not, is managing their energy like a pro.
So, concerning your energy, you are either doing one of three things at any given time in 24 hours;
a) You are recuperating or regenerating more of this potential energy, literally “downloading” from the universe – through methods like sleep, rest, recovery…
b) You are spending the energy you recuperated prior in all of your activities from the body to business… from running your metabolism, thinking, digesting food, taking care of kids, getting to work, working, working out, etc.
c) You are overspending your energy and borrowing from your body’s reserves or “adaptive energy.” This scenario happens when you are not managing your energy (sourcing, producing, and harnessing) carefully and find yourself overworking, spending energy unnecessarily, in places with little ROI, and depleting your body’s reserves. You also become reliant on stimulants in this case.
Most people are overspending their energy and borrowing from their body’s adaptive energy reserves at an accelerated pace, which is why we are teaching people how to manage their energy “like a pro” as the crux of living a healthy, high-performance lifestyle.
As we teach it, there are three things you need to pay attention to when it comes to managing your energy, starting with understanding your body’s bioenergetics—the master control system.
- You need to pay attention to your body’s bioenergetics, not just your biochemistry (nutrition) and metabolism (fitness). In some aspects, the quantum level of energy management is new to what we humans know. It’s also new regarding what we have available to ensure we detect, correct, and protect our human energy system—more on this in a moment.
- You need to understand the breakthrough principles of energy; so you know what potential energy is, how it can guide your actions during the day, as well as interpret what’s going on while it’s going on.
- You need to manage your energy through performance lifestyle skills. Managing your energy is the crux of lifestyle management, which is why it’s the most vital aspect of a healthy, high-performance lifestyle.
For this INSIGHT, let me explain your bioenergetics; understanding this will help you unlock your true potential.

You are much more than cells, much more than carbon, hydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen, and the rest of the individual elements that make up your body.
Acupuncture, massage, and homeopathy recognize and operate based on you as an energy system with energy flowing throughout your body. The ancients realized this.
So what, then, is bioenergetics?
If we break it out, there’s “bio” for biology (or life) and “energetics” for energy.
Bioenergetics is a bit more complicated than that.
Bioenergetics looks at the dynamics of energy exchange within living systems. If we look at the human body and take it down to the atomic level, most of it (some 99.9%) is space. That’s a whole lot of nothing, as the common thinking goes, but physics tells us this isn’t the case. Physics says that if you could see the minuscule “empty” spaces, you’d see it’s full of whirling waves of energy.

If you look at your body and the cells in it, your cells exchange energy with the outside environment, i.e., in the wall of the water around them.
Your body is exchanging energy. If you look at this from a macro point of view, you eat. That’s a source of energy.
You walk around and move, and that’s an exchange of energy. You go outside, and the sunlight hits you and charges you up.
You might take your shoes off, walk on the ground, and get energy from the earth, referred to as grounding, where you benefit from the Schuman Resonance or the earth’s 7.83 Hz pulsed electromagnetic field.
Mother Earth’s natural heartbeat rhythm is the frequency of 7.83 Hz, also known as the “Schumann Resonance.” A 7.83 Hz frequency is the human brain’s alpha/theta brainwave frequency.
That is the stuff of life. It’s what we come from.

The “re”-discovery of the body field
Here, in the West, there’s a disconnect between physics and biology. Instead, there’s an obsession with biochemistry, studying the body, its chemicals, and how they affect it.
Biochemistry is nutrition. It tells you that you need so much vitamin C and magnesium and that an imbalance in your body’s chemicals, enzymes, etc., is responsible for changes within the body.
Now, they’re not wrong. But there’s so much more to your body than that, and it was mostly ignored until recently. And hardly anyone is talking about it.
Times are changing. We know more about the energetics of water and how it interacts with everything that the body does and is. We now have the technology to observe energetic effects within the body.
We understand more about how we capture light energy and how it both energizes and informs life.
And we already use physics principles with much of our medical equipment. For example, the electroencephalogram (EEG) detects electrical activity in the brain. Or with the ECG that sees that of the heart.
What science is continually finding is what the ancients already knew. Bioenergetics is the natural meeting point of the past and the future, leading the way in our thinking about medicine and health.
Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) believes 12 major meridians are coursing throughout your body. These are energy systems that are directly connected to your organs:

- Gallbladder
- Heart
- Small Intestine
- Spleen
- Stomach
- Lung
- Large Intestine
- Kidney
- Urinary / Bladder
- San Jiao
- Pericardium
As long as what the Chinese call Qi, but is electricity, flows freely through these systems, you remain healthily combined, of course, with a lifestyle that is also healthy.
As Peter Fraser, co-founder of NES Health with Harry Massey began investigating the human body-field; he reached a similar conclusion to that of TCM. He took what the ancients knew and combined it with physics, taking bioenergetics to the absolute edge of science.
Peter Fraser made two significant discoveries:

Altering the body field with bioenergetics
