A performance lifestyle is based on scientific research of the most effective lifestyle strategies. However, applications of a skill can vary, as each person’s circumstances are different and those circumstances can change.

Each principle and practice of Performance Lifestyle is based on peer-reviewed research and scientific studies, as well as practical sense with anecdotal logic when scientific research isn’t available. The science we draw upon includes evolutionary biology, bioenergetics, personal energy management, mindfulness and meditation, human performance, narrative psychology, high nutrient density nutrition, goal achievement, and more.

It can take as little as 30 days or as much as 3 years depending on the circumstances you are facing when you start and how far you want to take it.

The Lifestyle Optimization Process™ is the “index” for our process and will help you determine your starting point, which could be any of the following:

You can start with an individual training by selecting the Essentials training course that most appeals to you.

With each Essentials training, you will gain competency in the targeted skill. You will fill in the gaps in your master routine (your lifestyle) and learn how to develop habits and micro-routines that support your practice. A playbook will guide your plan of action in the context of your whole lifestyle, tele-training will drive the main points home, a Q&A will give you additional insights and answers to questions, and an interview will expand your perspective.

An initial consultation for personal coaching is available for at a greatly reduced administrative rate of $75. During this 35-minute consultation, a trained coach will work with you to help assess your present situation.

Coaching packages are available for active members of PL365.

Yes. PL365 is an annual program that renews each year. You receive access to all included materials for 12 months from the date you sign up. New and expanded information and insights are added each year to each training.

If you buy an individual monthly Essentials training, you will also have access to the included materials for one year.

You will learn the mindset and skills that athletes employ to perform the way they do. Athletes don’t make goals out of a specific part of their lifestyles, like sleeping more or eating right. It will also deliver a number of secondary benefits to help resolve hidden lifestyle challenges that are distracting you and holding you back from achieving your goals and living with the quality of life you want.

Yes, your membership will start in the month you sign up and continue for a total of 12 consecutive months. PL365 is comprised of 12 Essential Trainings all of which work together as a system. You can effectively start at any time of the year and complete the lifestyle training system.

All components of the training are recorded, so you will have access to any events you were not able to attend live.
