This is where my journey to learning how to live a healthy performance lifestyle, and eventually a high-performance lifestyle, began. My journey, which you can read more about here, has been one of overcoming immense stress and fatigue as an entrepreneur. I realized that living a default lifestyle, even one that includes fitness and healthy eating, wasn’t enough. I needed to understand how to revitalize regularly and systematically manage my energy to build a lifestyle that supported my health and ambitions.
