But the Old Model was to engage in a diet or exercise program that you would do for a period to deal with the symptoms, and then it would end, leaving a modicum of lifestyle change residue as you return to the old patterns once again.

The New Model is different. “Your Lifestyle is the Program.” If your style of living is the central theme of your life, then how you live it and approach the achievement of your goals, given we all wake up to be successful every day and not balanced and healthy, means everything.

That’s why we are always talking about your lifestyle, not merely how you eat, exercise, or sleep or think… we’re talking about your master routine. It’s the only program you will ever stick with!

But to fulfill this paradigm, you need to approach your lifestyle as a whole, not fragments of it. It would help if you also got free of the hidden lifestyle challenges, like this one, that distract and hold most people back because they cause vicious cycles and downward spirals that too many cope with throughout the bulk of the year.

This approach is how you steer clear of symptoms that will distract and hold you back when your lifestyle goes awry, loses alignment with the fundamentals (which don’t mess around), and are influential to how you live as gravity is!

So learn them, you’re older self will also thank you as you don’t have to spend the last third of your life making up for the first two thirds as you continue fulfilling your God-inspired dreams, not held back by ill health.
